We aim to deliver all IN STOCK garments within 3-5 working days. Please allow 1 working day for your order to be processed and packaged. 

Delivery for PERSONALISED garments can be expected approximately 15 working days after the date of order. Please note that this is a guide and each order is processed as quickly as possible; please take this into account when ordering at peak times. 

Delivery for PRE ORDER items can also be expected approximately 15 working days from the order date.

All orders are sent using Royal Mail recorded delivery service which requires a signature upon delivery. Failing this, a delivery card will be left with instructions to collect your parcel from your local post office or arrange redelivery. 

Please be aware that during peak times Royal Mail can experience delays.

Please note that any PERSONALISED garment is non-returnable, please take care when choosing colours and sizes. 

There are strictly NO RETURNS on any sale items.

Returns must be received within 7 days for an EXCHANGE or CREDIT NOTE. 

Any garments received outside of this time frame will be returned to the customer and an exchange/credit note will not be issued.

In order to make a successful return, the garment must be in an unworn condition and remain in its original packaging.

Should you receive a credit note from The Sleepover Club, the credit will be valid for 3 months from the return date.
